Students of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, protest over delay in mobilizing them for National Youth Service


Students of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike today held a protest over the delay in mobilizing their names for the National Youth Service.

The Students which are from 3 different departments namely; Environmental Management and toxicology, Chemical engineering, Library and information science, were seen in their large turnout at the school administrative block with placards displaying inscriptions like; “We didn’t spend 5years in MOUAU for nothing,” “Give us Solution to this NYSC problem! Enough is enough,” “No NYSC, we die here,” We are tired of promises, settle us today VC,” “MOUAU allow us to serve our country, and many more.
