President Muhammadu Buhari has linked up with this week’s virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, holding in the Council Chamber of the State House, Abuja, from his home Daura in Katsina State.
The Meeting, presided over by the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, took off at about 10:04am, with the National Anthem and prayers, said by the National Security Adviser (NSA), Major General Babagana Monguno (Rtd), and the Minister of Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire.
The Permanent Secretary, Ecological Funds Office, Mrs. Habiba Lawal, stood in as scribe of the meeting for the Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF Mr Boss Mustapha, who is currently self-isolating.
Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, is among those physically in attendance at the meeting.
Ministers in attendance physically are those of Transportation, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi; Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed; Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed; Education, Adamu Adamu; Works and Housing, Babtunde Fashola; Agriculture, Sabo Nanono; and Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mohammed Bello.
