Ex-Nigeria international, Odion Ighalo has revealed how he feels being the first Nigerian to play for Manchester United.
Ighalo made a shock move to Old Trafford on the January transfer deadline day, making him the first Nigerian to have played for the Red Devils.
The Striker said the move is something that will make him and his family feel very proud.
The 2019 African Nations Cup highest goal scorer said he wants to get started and get playing and start helping the team to do well.
On how the reaction has been like back home from family and friends, the former Watford striker said it was crazy, adding that all over the news in Nigeria for the last few days, has been about his transfer to Manchester United. Ighalo explained further that even the street he grew up, are organizing parties and celebrating his move to Old Trafford.
