Nigerian comedian, Francis Agoda a.k.a (I Go Dye), has announced plans to donate his mansion to the Federal government to be used as an Isolation center as the nation continues to battle the Coronavirus pandemic. The comedian said he is worried by the increasing number of COVID19 cases recorded each day. He also called on the Federal government to implement a two weeks total lockdown so as to curb the spread of the ravaging viral disease. Meanwhile, Comedian, Ayo Makun known as AY, has opened up about the challenges he and other celebrities face when giving to the needy. He said when celebrities give in private, they are usually called out on social media for being stingy and not joining their fellow celebrities to help the poor, and that when they decide to take photos and videos of them giving and shared publicly, they are accused of showing off. He added that when companies give back to society and announce it, it’s called “Corporate Social Responsibility”, but when individual celebrities do it, they are shamed for showing off their acts of charity.
