The management of Golden Guinea Breweries, Umuahia has formally presented the rejuvenated Golden Guinea drinks to Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu.
Receiving the drinks at the Government House, Umuahia, Governor Ikpeazu congratulated the management of the company led by its Chairman, Chief Okey Nzenwa on the feat achieved.
The Governor described the revitalization of the company as a thing of joy that was happening in his time, saying that Golden Guinea was synonymous with not just Abians but Ndi Igbo in general.
Governor Ikpeazu, who expressed hope that the company would make great impact in the economy of Abia State said the value chain of employment to be generated by the return of Golden Guinea would be monumental.
He assured that Abia State government would continue to support the company to ensure that its second return would last and urged them not to hesitate to solicit any assistance that may be needed in ensuring that it was sustained.
