The Nigeria Labour Congress Chairman, Abia State, Comrade Uchenna Obigwe has dismissed his removal from office by the national executive council of the union, insisting it is unconstitutional.
In an interview with Nnenna Gabriel in his office in Aba road, Umuahia on Thursday, Comrade Obigwe said he had approached the National Industrial Court, Owerri to seek redress adding that he remains the union Boss in the state.
