Kano Pillars coach Lionel Soccoia has blamed his side’s elimination from this season’s CAF Confederation Cup on bad officiating.
Pillars waved goodbye to the tournament on Saturday following a 3 – 1 aggregate defeat to Senegalese side AS Jafaar.
The first leg ended 3 – 1 in favor of Jafaar last week, while the return fixture played at Ahmad Bello stadium finished in a goalless draw.
Speaking after the match, Emmanuel Lionel Soccia said the officiating over the two legs cost his side the game.
Soccoia also described their opponents, As Jafaar as a very big side in African football.
